Flexible Payment Structures: Depending on the provider, payments may be split into equal instalments (e.g., pay in 3 or 4 instalments), paid 30 days later, or paid monthly via a subscription-style plan.
Interest-Free Options: Our BNPL partners offer 0% interest when payments are made on time. Please note that late fees may apply if payments are missed.
Approved Providers: We primarily offer flexible payment options through our trusted providers Klarna and GoCardless. GoCardless is typically used for longer treatment courses and monthly direct debit plans over 6–12 months, making it easy to spread the cost of larger treatment programmes.

Klarna is a Swedish financial-technology company that offers “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) services, allowing shoppers to split purchases into instalments or pay later (usually 30 days). It partners with retailers to provide flexible payment options at checkout, while offering consumers a mobile app to track orders, manage payments, and view spending.
Clearpay is a “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) service that lets shoppers split the cost of a purchase into four interest-free instalments, paid every two weeks. It is the UK and European version of Afterpay, a major BNPL provider. When customers choose Clearpay at checkout, the retailer is paid upfront and Clearpay collects the instalments from the customer over time.
