Who is suitable for Hydrafacial?
At Beau Clinic we thoroughly assess each client before recommending the Hydrafacial. We find it is suitable for almost all skin types and can benefit people of all ages who are looking to improve the quality and condition of their skin.
Hydrafacial is not suitable if any of the following apply:
– Pregnant or breastfeeding
– Shellfish allergy
– Recently undergone anti-wrinkle injectables or dermal fillers.

Is Hydrafacial safe?
This is considered to be a very safe treatment. However, we may not recommend the Hydrafacial if you are affected by: an active skin rash, sunburn or a known allergy to any of the products / ingredients to avoid further irritation.
Is Hydrafacial painful?
Many clients request Hydrafacial to experience its soothing and relaxing processes, as well as to improve the appearance of the skin. There may be a slight tingling sensation during the peel stage, but this should not be uncomfortable.
Are there any side effects or risks?
Complications as a result of the Hydrafacial are uncommon due to our thorough pre-treatment consultations. However, the skin may feel a little more sensitive to the sun and harsh skincare products in the couple of weeks that follow. Always ensure you wear a high SPF when going outside.
What results can I expect?
It usually takes 1 week for the results to develop. Your healthier, hydrated skin will become clearer, smoother and brighter, which may last for up to 6 weeks.
