Do I need a consultation before a treatment?

Yes, a consultation is essential before any skin rejuvenation treatment. This allows us to assess your skin, identify underlying concerns and recommend the most effective treatment plan based on your goals and expectations. In some cases, medical-grade skin products for some home-care/preparation may be recommended prior to starting a course of treatments in-clinic.

The consultation fee is non-refundable, however it is fully redeemable against any treatment or products purchased on the day.

Can I have treatment on the same day?

In some cases, treatment may be carried out on the same day depending on time availability and clinical suitability. This is always at the discretion of your practitioner.

Please note, some skin rejuvenation treatments require a patch test. Where this is needed, it will be carried out during your consultation and treatment cannot proceed until 24-48 hours later once the test results have been safely assessed.

Which treatment is best for my skin concerns?

This depends on your skin:

  • Lumecca IPL is ideal for pigmentation and redness
  • Microneedling is best for texture, scarring and collagen stimulation

Many clients benefit most from a combination approach of treatment and home-care products advised by their practitioner.

How many sessions will I need?
